About the Role
Playbook is seeking to onboard a professional enthusiastic HubSpot CRM Expert to join our fast-growing company and be a key part of expanding our sales department. The HubSpot CRM Expert will support our sales force through aiding with marketing sizing, market outreach, and follow-ups, managing our technology systems, as well as organizing and maintaining our CRM systems and other sales tools.
Salary: 36,500-40,000
Tasks, Duties, Responsibilities
Cleaning and maintaining records of our customer relationships management systems on HubSpot for our sales department.
Manage technological issues that arise throughout the workflow cycle.
Responsible for enabling the sales team to use content, assets, and materials that are externally facing to facilitate the sales cycle-knowledge base.
Managing various sales enablement projects and coordinating sales enablement activities.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies
Extensive knowledge of sales enablement processes and best practices
Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as is a proven ability to influence others
Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
Established track record of delivering successful business outcomes
Experience working in sales and understand the challenges experienced by salespeople
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in an enterprise sales function (within SaaS technology sales preferred)
Completed a Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field
